Anyone who is a no call/no show, or who has cancelled more than twice in a season, will forfeit their right to a refund on all further reservations.
Overnight Camping (No rugs allowed) All site occupancy is based on 1 camping unit, 2 adults and 2 minor children. Camping includes both fishing and swimming for no additional charge :)
Additional Charge for Additional Guests: Day Guest- $5, Overnight-$10. state and federal taxes apply to all rates and are not included below
Daily Rates ---No Rugs Allowed-- Reservations must be paid in full at the time they are made. There is a $39.59 (one night +tax) cancellation fee if cancelled for any reason.
Primitive tent site $35.00 max stay 3 nights- call park for details
30 Amp Pull-thru (Water, Elec, Sewer) $42.99 per night
50 Amp Pull-thru (Water, Elec, Sewer) $47.99 per night
Cabin (Bare bones w/queen bed, bunk bed, small table- you will need linens) no attached bathroom $60.00 per night
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED IN CABIN
Parking your camper or tent on Family/Friends Seasonal Lot $35.00 per night
Weekly Rates --No Rugs Allowed--- Reservations require a $50 deposit, if staying consecutive weeks this only applies to the first week. There is a $50 cancellation fee if cancelled for any reason

Unlimited usage for 1-2 people, $25.00 add'l for each child 7 and over.
Pay your own metered electric & mow your own yard.
See contract for details. Note that we do work off of a waiting list that is generally 2-3 seasons out.
Additional Fees:
**Electronic White Gate Access Card Deposit for Seasonal Campers $20.00
Storage Sheds for seasonal lots (no other sheds allowed in park) $200.00
Winter Storage for seasonal campers on their lots $250.00

Holiday Surcharge A surcharge of $5.00 /night will be applicable for all special event weekends which include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Festival of the Falling Leaves, Park Halloween. These Weekends must be paid for in full at the time they are made. This includes Weekly Reservations that include any part of a holiday weekend. There is a 1 night +tax cancellation fee. If cancelled within 10 days of the reservation there will be no refund given.

Stays of 21 days or more can take advantage of our monthly rate of $700 + electricity. This offers a discount of up to 40% (not including electricity).
