Overnight, Weekly, and Monthly site rentals are rated for up to two adults and two children (17 & under)

Anyone who is a no call/no show, or who has cancelled more than twice in a season, will forfeit their right to a refund on all further reservations. All adults staying in a camper at the park must be registered at the office and are subject to a background check at any time prior to or during their reservation. Campers must be able to provide proof of current insurance if requested. All Rv's, Trailers, Campers etc. must be in good working condition and are subject to inspection if suspected to not be. Any camper/Rv / Trailer over 10 years of age must be approved by park staff before entering the park.
Overnight Camping (No rugs allowed) All site occupancy is based on 1 camping unit, 2 adults and 2 minor children. Golf Carts are only allowed for seasonal campers only. Camping includes both fishing and swimming for no additional charge :)
Additional Charge for Additional Guests: Day Guest- $5, Overnight-$7.50 + tax Ages 6 and under are free always. state and federal taxes apply to all rates and are not included below
Daily Rates ---No Rugs Allowed-- Reservations must be paid in full at the time they are made. There is a cancellation fee equal to one night (including tax) if cancelled for any reason.
Primitive tent site $35.00+tax, max stay 3 nights

Cabin (Bare bones w/queen bed, bunk bed, small table- you will need linens) no attached bathroom $80.00+tax per night
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED IN CABIN Weekly Rates --No Rugs Allowed--- Reservations require a $50 deposit, if staying consecutive weeks this only applies to the first week. There is a $50 cancellation fee if cancelled for any reason

**Electronic White Gate Access Card Deposit for Seasonal Campers $20.00
Storage Sheds for seasonal lots (no other sheds allowed in park) $200.00
Winter Storage for seasonal campers on their lots $250.00

Holiday Surcharge A surcharge of $5.00 /night will be applicable for all special event weekends which include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Hippie Weekend, Christmas in July, Labor Day, Festival of the Falling Leaves, Park Halloween. These Weekends must be paid for in full at the time they are made. This includes Weekly Reservations that include any part of a holiday weekend. There is a 1 night +tax cancellation fee if cancelled for any reason. If cancelled within 10 days of the reservation there will be no refund given.

Stays of 21 days or more can take advantage of our monthly rate of $800 + electricity. This offers a discount of around 40% (not including electricity).
