Refunds                No Camping Refunds.
Speed Limit           MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT 10 MPH, STRICTLY ENFORCED
Courtesy               Do not walk through other camper’s sites, please use the roads.
Alcohol                 Alcohol is permitted at your camp site ONLY.
Swearing               We are a family campground, please watch your language.
Quiet Hours           11P.M. TILL 8A.M. CHILDREN MUST BE ON THEIR LOT BY 10 P.M.
NO FOR SALE SIGNS ON CAMPERS (INCLUDING IN WINDOWS)
Bicycles/Scooters   Must have a light after dark, please do not ride them on the front drive. Please use the bike rack at the office.
Mini Golf              $2.00 per person per hour, please pick up clubs & pay at office.
Pool                      Open from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Hours Sun-Thru. 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. Fri. & Sat. 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
  • CHILDREN MUST BE 14 TO BE AT THE POOL WITHOUT A PARENT OR GUARDIAN!
  • NO DIVING, RUNNING, HORSEPLAY, OR SWEARING.
  • INFANTS & INCONTINENT ADULTS MUST WEAR SWIMMER DIAPERS
  • NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
  • NO FOOD OR DRINK AT THE POOL.
  • IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE POOL.
LP Gas                  (Cylinders Only) Fill Times 9 a.m., 1 p.m., & 5 p.m.  Sorry we do not fill motorhomes.
Trash                    Please put your Trash in Bags in the dumpsters. Tie fish cleanings in a bag to help with odor.
Store Hours           Sun – Thru. 9 a.m. -5 p.m. and Fri & Sat 9a.m. - 9p.m. (hours are subject to change)
Laundry                Open from Sun. – Thru. 9a.m. - 3p.m. and Fri & Sat 9a.m. – 7p.m.  Always stay with your laundry.   
Game Room          Hours are the same as office.
Pets                       Aggressive dogs are not allowed. All pets must be kept on a leash, and you must CLEAN UP AFTER THEM.
                              This includes messes at the pond and the creek and golf course. Do not leave your pet potty on other campers’ lots.                                  Stay with your pet at all times and do not leave them unattended.
Campfires              Are permitted on the campsites in the bare area/fire ring on your lot.
Clotheslines          Are not permitted in the park.
Refrigerators          Freezers or Appliances are not permitted outside.
Vehicles, ATV       Mopeds, Gas Motorized Bikes, Dirt Bikes & all off Road Vehicles are not permitted in the park.
Elec. Scoters          All Scooters must use the roads.  If you do not stay on the roads with them, you will be asked to take them home.
Check In/Out         2p.m.  You may extend your check out time until 6p.m. for an additional $5 + tax and that allows you to stay until
                             6p.m.  This is subject to availability. 
Golf carts               SEASONAL CAMPERS ONLY
Fishing                  A limit of 6 fish per day per person. No license required for fishing in the parks 2 stocked ponds.  2 poles per person                                  and you must always stay with them. Trout lines, deadlines, or anything similar are not allowed.  If fishing in Sugar                                    Creek, you will need an Indiana Fishing License. DNR do patrol the area.  Fish cleaning:  Put in plastic bag and tie                                        close before placing in dumpsters.
Swimming            Open from Memorial Day weekend till Labor Day. No LIFEGUARD on duty at all times.  Heated to 85 degrees. No                                       children under age 14 without a parent. Older kids cannot watch younger kids.   Hours: Sunday to Thursday 9 am to                                   8 pm, Friday & Saturday 9am to 9pm.  Swim diapers are required for children not potty trained or adults with                                              incontinence issues. Do not sit, stand or jump off of the pool cover box.  No pulling, tugging or jumping on the                                            shallow/deep end dividing rope as it pulls it out of the wall of the pool. No swimming or wading in the fishing                                            ponds.
Visitors                 All Visitors must stop at the office. You may pay for them in advance. Day pass $5/per person, overnight $7.50/ Per                                  person.
                             Ages 6 and under are free. You are responsible for the actions of your guests.
Reservations          Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.
Cancellations         all reservations are subject to a Cancellation Fee.
Gate                        We are a gated park.  ALL visitors must check in at the office.  Do not give your code to any visitors- If you do, you                                     will be asked to leave the park.               
Severe Weather      IF THE SIRENS IN THORNTOWN SOUND, WILL SOUND THE PARK SIRENS AND THE GATES WILL BE OPEN.                                               THERE ARE NO SHELTERS IN THE PARK HOWEVER YOU ARE WELCOME TO TAKE COVER WITH US IN THE                                               OFFICE AS IT IS THE ONLY BRICK BUILDING ON THE PROPERTY.
Site Presentation     Sites must be kept tidy, w/o clutter (subject to mgmts. discretion) and must be complimentary to the park. Rugs                                         are NOT allowed in the grass.
FIREARMS           Concealed carry only Allowed with a carry permit OPEN CARRY PERMITTED FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT ONLY!   Must                                be able to provide proof of permit upon request.
Fireworks              Fireworks of any kind are not permitted in the park at any time.
Generators             Generators are not permitted
 
THE OWNERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EVICT ANYONE WHO REFUSES TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES & REGULATIONS OR WHOSE CONDUCT, MANOR, OR ACTION IS UNCOMPLIMENTARY TO THE PARK.  OWNERS OF THIS PARK ABSOLVE THEMSELVES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY AND OR RESPONSIBILITY PERTAINING TO ACCIDENT, INJURY, LOSS OF LIFE, LIMB OR PROPERTY.

Under Indiana law, an agritourism provider is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in agritourism activities at this location if the death or injury results from the inherent risks of agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include risks of injury inherent to land,
equipment, and animals as well as the potential for you to act in a manner that may cause you injury or cause your death, or for other participants to act in a manner that may cause you injury or cause death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
